Availability search uses each building’s location time. Choose a building when comparing a specific time window. Results are not holds; rules and conflicts are checked again when you submit.

Overlapping reservations are refused. Room-specific rules are shown in room details. You may cancel your own booking while you retain access to its pillar; an administrator can cancel within their explicit pillar scope.
Notifications
Inventory and access changes require explicit pillar authority and are audited. The supported operator CSV importer remains available.
